    FRONT TO THE BACK
    • Feet outside shoulder-width, chest lifted, knees
    soft, bounce side to side, light on the balls of
    the feet
    • Bounce-tap outside leg, outside shoulderwidth,
    front/side, torso transitions to the
    outside
    • Double Chest Pop, feet outside shoulderwidth,
    knees slightly bent, feet flat, hips to
    corner
    • Arms long, hands relaxed, palms B
    • Increase range
    • Bounce-tap side to side, torso transitions
    F to B
    STEP TOUCH WITH HAND THROW
    • Feet outside shoulders, knees super soft, wide
    step touch the feet, chest drop F/B
    • Hands throw up, outside shoulder width,
    elbows bent, palms in, fingers super loose
    COACHING
    FRONT TO THE BACK
