    Use Layer 1 cues to find the correct LPT straight away. Use the long Stand and Sit phase to get your
    participants into the workout with good Technique.
    • Find some Moderate – Heavy Load, one that grabs the muscles
    • Load and tempo together create the results!
    • Stand, chest up, hips forward, brace the belly
    • Sit, hips back, body still

    Follow up with Layer 2 cues with a focus on getting your class closer to the Training zone by chasing the
    tempo more. They should be breathless by the end of this set.
    • Your aim is to stay ahead of the beat
    • Closer to the Training zone – if you’re not breathless yet, accelerate now!
    TRACK TIP
    Don’t be too aggressive in this track. Keep it upbeat, positive and light. You want to connect and engage.
    Be more demanding in the second set where you need the Intensity to lift.
