Sprint 18 feels amazing!
We FEEL IT ALL in this high volume high-intensity
workout. We have an amazing playlist to keep
us energized and use a simple structure that
provides a randomized feel.
An uplifting Accelerated Warm-Up sets us up for
two identical Mixed Conditioning tracks that train
Power, Strength, and Sprints.
These identical tracks lift our intensity with long
work intervals that are split with short rest phases.
This allows us to get through a massive amount
of work in a limited amount of time and provides
a HIIT workout that builds our fitness engine and
enhances our athletic ability.
The first time through our body is shocked as our
body’s ability to adapt is tested. Then the second
time through we know what to expect so our
focus shifts to enhancing our workout to ensure
we don’t get comfortable in the Training Zone.
We polish it off with an 8 round Tabata – you’re
welcome!
Before you know it we are into the Flush and have
improved our athletic and calorie consuming
ability. Enjoy!

SAFETY TIPS

Glen Ostergaard (New Zealand) is Program
Director for LES MILLS SPRINT, BODYPUMP and
RPM. He began his group fitness career with
BODYATTACK and is based in Auckland.
Khiran Huston (New Zealand) is a LES MILLS
SPRINT, LES MILLS THE TRIP and LES MILLS
TONE Trainer/Presenter, an RPM Trainer, a
BODYPUMP Instructor/Presenter and a LES MILLS
GRIT Coach/Presenter. She is based in Auckland
and has been a Les Mills Instructor for seven
years.
Dee Rowell (Australia) is a LES MILLS SPRINT
and RPM Trainer/Presenter, a BODYSTEP and
LES MILLS TONE Instructor/Presenter and
a BODYATTACK Instructor. She works as a
registered nurse in Brisbane and is also a Les Mills
Ambassador for BODYSTEP, RPM and LES MILLS
SPRINT.

To ensure everyone’s safety during Floor
Coaching we suggest the following tips be
considered;

  1. Use of non-slip MTB style cycle shoes like the
    Reebok cycle shoes worn by the Presenter
    team and/or non-slip flooring
  2. Clear pathways to walk through and access
    bikes and enter/exit the stage
  3. Remember to avoid manually adjusting
    participants’ Load
  4. If there is not adequate space to move safely,
    and the floor is slippery, we recommend you
    coach from your bike until these concerns can be
    addressed.
