There are some incredible standout moments.
Track 2 showcases the “grab and stomp” while
Tracks 3 and 8 are connected by their Front
Stance and Boxing combinations to ensure
familiar movement style throughout the workout.
Bring your best version of yourself when it comes
to Tracks 4, 5 and 7 as these tracks will bring
out the inner fighter in you where holding on is
needed more than ever.
