United release! This release is super unique and
special for us, it represents how we can unite
together through fitness even under the hardest
circumstances. So, what can you expect this
round? Of course the usual! Another challenging,
slightly crazy, fun workout packed with a few
new moves and twists on some of our favorite
structures! The Warm-up gets you in the zone
and the tracks that follow will keep you working
to your maximum threshold every set to get the
fitness results we want. Athletic performance is
the key outcome to any GRIT workout so explore
ways to coach your participants to tap into that

to GRIT should use lighter plates first; 2.5kg is
