Before we get into talking about this incredible
release, we just want to acknowledge the team.
We’ve been lucky to add some familiar faces to
the TONE family this round.
LES MILLS TONE Release 17 doesn’t disappoint:
we have innovations, we have fantastic music and
we have fun.
Our Warm-up track focuses on functional mobility
to an uplifting song to get our class into the right
zone for the workout ahead.
Track 2 is bringing back the Starburst but with a
twist – we call this jump a Lay-up. It’s challenging
enough to get our heart rates up but not too
challenging that we ‘max out’.
Jump training? Training perimeter? Our Feature
track does not disappoint; we prime the legs
using Lunges and then explode into jump training
all 4 points of our training square. This track is
high cardio but also very playful – have fun with
your class here.
The energy of Track 4 is really something – allow
your class to explore the levels in their kicks. Low
or high, they both feel invigorating.
Keep reminding yourself that in Track 5 there
are only two rounds of work! We like to think we
are leading the way in TONE when it comes to
Burpees – this round does not disappoint!
Some signature TONE moves in Track 6 have us
feeling nostalgic! You love these moves and so do
Oh my, my, my! Track 7 is just full of fun and
oblique goodness! Good luck with not getting the
lyrics stuck in your head.
We love a good Balance challenge – single
side loading for the win in Track 8. And then we
see this challenge amplified in our Lower Body
Strength track.
The Upper Body Strength track introduces
our standout training combo – this is where
athleticism and longevity meet and it’s so good
for your class.
Not 10s, not 50s – We have 100s! Yes, 100s is
our Functional Core Strength track. You’ll notice
a Pilates-inspired style of training that will make
your participants stronger.
And finally – the Glutes track! We really do save
the best for last!
