What’s up everybody! Are you ready for
It was truly special and magical, with a tapestry

room at London Live. The entire BODYJAM team
agrees with me when I say it was an unforgettable

have never been spoken. Then I got all Gandalfey and made a sassy strut track to Buddy Holly.
Block 1 – It Starts With The Music. At Les Mills
International, you basically have nothing until
you’ve got the music right. For Meno and me to
mix the beats live while the incredible team take
you through this House Bounce journey, we really
needed to start with the music. The last track,
London Bounce is going to make all your lovely
bits vibrate profusely.
Bring the heart rate down with, dare I say it, the
most funk-fueled track ever! Then, in Block 2,
LONDON BOUNCE, we’re going to take your
Hip Hop face through an Erin Maw-style HighIntensity Dance Interval Training Extravaganza
Get low in your legs, bump your body – there’s
90s Rock anthems that you may not have heard
before and and there’s a Sorry Remix that will
blow the speakers… good times!

to bounce, everywhere, every time.

How long should I teach the new release for?
Teach this entire new release for a minumum of
two weeks and a maximum of four weeks and
then start to integrate other tracks. Then you will
not only ensure variety in exercise sequencing
and music but participants will also experience
the magic, excitement and training effect of the
new launch tracks.
