TONE 20 is all about innovation.
This release introduces innovative movement
patterns and exercise combinations to accelerate
your classes fitness and promote longevity.
TONE 20 is the perfect release to take your
participants to new fitness levels whilst remaining
inclusive and assessable to everyone in class.
The Steady State track gets the heart rate up
quickly and we love how the exercises allow your
class to get in the workout zone faster.
The last few releases have really highlighted the
focus on our stabilizers, local and smaller muscles
but in TONE 20 we’ve really complimented this
by working our big muscles and global movement
patterns. Track 3 is the real stand out here!
We recommend you to physically go through
the workout a few times before teaching to your
class to really bring out your best coaching and
authentic self when teaching this release.

NEW FORMAT KEY NOTES FOR TONE
RELEASE 14 ONWARDS
Class to be taught in prescribed order as shown in
the choreography notes.
No more Standing Burpees. The alternative for a
Burpee is to provide the option for your class to
slow the exercise down and move at their own
time.
Equipment update: 2 heavy weight plates.
Introduction of heavy weight plate work for
Lower Body Strength, Upper Body Strength and
Functional Core Strength tracks.

FOR TONE RELEASES 1–13
When mixing and matching the 45-minute
formats, you always need to replace like for like.
For example, make sure you replace a Cardio
track with another Cardio track or a Strength
track with another Strength track. Be mindful of
creating contrast in the movements and music.
