LES MILLS BODYPUMP™ 125 begins with an
uplifting and inviting Warm-up, including all the
basic lifts. This sets the tone for the awesome
workout ahead.
Squats are high energy, with a driving tune
that matches speed and strength within the
combination, and uses the bottom half range for
isolation – perfect leg training. The tempo of the
Clean’s create quick single repetitions in the chest
to drive up intensity.
Single arm work targets key postural mucles in the
Back track, then two Pulls and a Clean will give
the body a metabolic kick. Triceps is a giant set of
pulsing triceps exercises. Highlight the focus on
the bicep muscle in the Bicep track, using singlearm work to isolate and stabilize.
Backward-and Forward-Stepping Lunges, are
amazing, an innovative step-up for this release.
Functional strength and stability is the ultimate
