High-energy fun and athleticism – that’s what
makes this release an awesome experience.
This release is going to challenge your most
athletic participants so be sure to provide all
the variations to keep everyone moving and
having fun. Start thinking about your favourite
Motivational cues because you are going to need
them in certain tracks.
The Warm-up track is a great opportunity to
get the class moving but also to create a strong
connection based on smiles and fun – be free
and let loose. In Track 2: Mixed Impact, show a
contrast to the fun we had in the Warm-up with a
mix of athletic movements. Then in the Aerobic
Track, turn up the silliness with an old favourite
– the Pivot Turn. The Plyometric Track, Drop
That Low is a powerful song that pushes your
participants to train fast and reactive in the Lunge
and Drop squat Combos – your legs are going
to burn in this track. We kept the choreography
simple so that you can focus on Coaching and
Motivating your class.
After the first peak, tell your class that they’ve
Gotta Keep Movin for the Athletic Strength Track.
They will need you to treat them like a client,
pushing them through a tough set of strength
training. In the Running Track, show your passion
for community and Group Fitness. For the
Interval Track, let That Feeling push you and your
participants to feel rejuvenated and alive. The
final peak is the Power track; Ecuador is a great
song to wrap up the class with. Bring excitement
and a challenge to this last track.

When it comes to mixing up past releases, please
try to teach most tracks from the past 10 releases.
BODYATTACK now has a strong focus on sport
and fitness training, and we want your classes to
reflect the new training concepts and movement
styles. This program is no longer ‘old school’
aerobics – so bear this in mind when making your
track selection.

Note: If you have time, use the Cooldown track
to take your class through some stretches.
The EXPRESS version of Track 5 Gotta Keep
Movin’ is to be used for the 30-minute format
only. Please use the full version for the 45- and
55-minute classes.
Rock This Release! The coaching notes have
been updated to reflect the 3 Layers of Coaching
with more clarity. Each block of work now clearly
states which layers you should be focusing
on – making it even easier for you to coach

What a happy and fun release this is! Smile from
start to finish. Another release to lift the spirits
and energy of your members as they enjoy
working out together.
The workout starts with a great feeling song to
get warm and also encourage the members to
enjoy all the great feelings from the workout.
Singalong to Ice Ice Baby, feel the emotional
happy high in the Running track with Summer
Rain, and you can even get sine pirate feels
with the last power peak song – Wellerman! You
can get down to business in all the big Power
tracks and loads of options to work at different
Intensities!
The trumpet strong sound for the Strength track
is such a cool sound and provides great musical
contrast.
A highlight of this release is the Agility track. The
music has a fun ‘swing’ style feel and moves to
play with. There is a Speed Curl and Knee combo
that was inspired by the traditional island dances
here in New Zealand – thanks to the Auckland
Grammar Samoan group for the inspiration!

BODYATTACK 113 is exploding with energy!
I put this workout together to excite members
who are coming back into the clubs, so it’s packed
with fun and athleticism. There’s a great mix of
enjoyable songs that allows you to play around
and add your own style to.
There are some new combinations and movement
patterns in this release, so be sure to practice
before you start teaching. To get your members
moving, focus on the basics: name of move,
direction; then cheer them on. Remember, some
participants may not have been exercising as
much as they used to, so focus on the joy and fun
of being together more than the challenge of the
workout.
As for the tracks, you’ll love the new combo in
Mixed Impact and the big energy of Aerobic.
Both of these tracks are about fun for you and
your members.

The power combos in the Plyometric track are
fresh and will challenge the mind and the body
– a new feel for our first peak track. Bounding
forward is the key focus – load and explode!
Athletic Strength Move It has challenging rhythm
work to leave you feeling strong and lean. The
Running track has a new slow and fast Knee and
Curl combo that builds body awareness and
control for your members.
The love, joy and fun of BODYATTACK really
shines in the Interval and Running tracks. Smile,
sing, encourage your members to do the same

The Agility track, “Send It” has a motivational
sound that will help your participants push their
athletic ability. Speaking of pushing, the final

There are many new, cool movement patterns
in this release. In Mixed Impact, there is a fun

Lunges to drive power and develop athleticism,
but we have plenty of choices to adjust the

Runners Knee and Circle Combo is an innovation
to help you focus on athletic performance later.
Our Agility track, Praise, is a highlight showing
great contrast of high and fast movements to add
variety and fun to our participants workouts. Rave

It’s party time for everyone in this release!
We have many pop charts and songs from start to
finish for everyone to enjoy!
The release starts with the newest songs hot on
the charts, with high energy beats and drums.
The Plyometric track has high reps of two of
our favourite moves, the Lunge and Skater, so
everyone can get lost in the moves and work
hard!
The Athletic Strength track is super cool! It has
a new sound and cool moves to max out the
upper body in the Pushup. It really engages the
upper body to be strong as we focus on single
leg training and stability in the lower body. The
5 Knee Repeater Lift and Lunge Combo in the
Running track is a super move for strength and
stability gains whilst moving fast.
The Agility track lights up the room and the class
energy will be rocking! The song For You will
bring the emotion and passion into the Interval
track and the last Power track with Good Feeling.
It leaves everyone feeling great!

BODYATTACK 109 is here to help you deliver the
fun, challenge and energy that your members
have grown to love. We open the class with a fun,
chart-topping Warm-up to get people moving
and loving exercise. We turn up the work in
Mixed Impact with some great athletic combos
to make even the newest participant feel sporty.
To help continue developing the team-feel of
BODYATTACK, use the split-room formation in
Plyometric to deliver a competitive feel.
Mixed Strength has a cool musical sound that
delivers intensity to both upper and lower body
muscles. The focus this track is all the integrated
movements which are more functional. To reset
the body, we enter the Running track with
eagerness to get the body moving. Enjoy the
Lunge combos that slowly bring your members
back to the working zone. Speaking of working
zone… Tuck Jumps in Agility? Always remember
to teach to your members in the room and focus
on what they can do, not what they can’t.
Finish the release off with some fun in Intervals,
singing along with the uplifting beat and then
push your members hard in the Corner Run
combos in the Power track. I appreciate all you do

to choose from. The first four tracks remain the
same. Then you can choose the Running track or
the Interval track in the second cardio block.
OPTION 1 is best for clubs where BODYATTACK
is a new program and for clubs that are more

featuring simpler moves.

It’s so good to be back home celebrating
BODYATTACK 108 with the Australian team. I
know you’re going to love this release because
it packs in all the fun and energy we love about
BODYATTACK with some new challenges to keep
your fitness growing.
The release starts off with an incredible nostalgic
feel in the Warm-Up but turns things up in Mixed
Impact. Be sure to watch out for some new
innovations and running patterns in this track!
For me, I love the fun in the Aerobic track. We
switch up the armlines to highlight the fun and
the workout. Another highlight for me is Athletic
Strength. We have such a cool rotating Lunge
and Stomp that will challenge your muscles and
balance, good luck!
As you move into the second half of the class,
enjoy the multi-directional challenges in Agility,
this is a great benefit to your members so
highlight it in your coaching. In the Interval
Track, let go, enjoy the music and the new
armline patterns – it’s not about the workout in
this track, it’s the experience. Finally, in our final
peak, Power, each round is its own challenge
so encourage your members to do what they
can, making sure they take pride in whatever
movements they can do.

BODYPUMP, BODYSTEP and LES MILLS TONE
Trainer, an RPM and LES MILLS GRIT Presenter,
and a BODYBALANCE/BODYFLOW and
BODYCOMBAT Instructor. He is also a boxer
in the National Belgium Boxing Team, based in
Brussels.

Presenter/Instructor, a LES MILLS GRIT Presenter/

Wow, are you guys in for a big treat this
round. BODYATTACK 107 has some unique
moves, exciting innovations, and the same fun,
energizing, and challenging workout you expect.
We start with the Warmup where you should have
fun, enjoy the uplifting feeling but most of all,
relax and smile. As you move into Mixed Impact,
dial up the fun and the effort. Feel the contrast
between the light and silly Runs and the athletic
and strong Pulse Squats.
For the Aerobic Track, be ready to put on a show
and let the music move you! In Plyometric, we
have our first challenge. To achieve success, the
focus is going to be on the Lunge sequences
with and without arms. This will be quite the
challenging track.
Athletic Strength has one serious burn for
your legs as you work on strength, balance,
and endurance. Let your team recover with an
awesome Running track that emphasizes hip
mobility and activation. This will take you to
Agility where you get to focus on one move per
block for max results. In Intervals, let the music
do its job. Gather your team in a circle and let
the feeling come alive. As you step into the final
peak, power, embrace this nostalgic track and
let your members get pumped up! The working
portions of the track as well as the Mixed Training
options will allow you to cater to everyone.
